The information to be provided include:
- Property details
- Leasing information, such as occupancy rate, average rental rates, tenant details
- Proposed sale price
Once the property is initial verified to meet the specified criteria, the REIT Manager will contact the seller.
Conduct an on-site inspection to evaluate the location and condition of the property, including access points, building strength, construction, as well as reviewing the property’s repair and renovation history, and its income-generating potential.
The REIT manager will initially verify the property information and legal requirements, including any obligations of the property.
The REIT manager will assess the investment price and relevant transaction costs or appointing an independent appraisers to evaluate the property value.
Conduct the purchase or long-term lease agreement for an additional investment of the KTBSTMR and summarized the details of the terms and investment conditions as agreed upon with the property owner. The property must be passed the due diligence process and investment procedures by REIT Manager.
