Overview
KTBST Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust or KTBSTMR is a trust under the SEC regulation and Capital Market Act B.E.2550. DAOL REIT MANAGEMENT (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED act as a REIT Settlor and REIT manager and Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited is a REIT Trustee.
KTBSTMR was established on 2 November 2021 and listed on the Securities Exchange of Thailand (“SET”) on 15 November 2021.
On 30 March 2022, KTBSTMR has invested in Additional Investment Asset No. 1 of the ownership of immovable properties and movable properties in the Interlink Data Center Project
