Rights, Duties and Responsibilities of Trustee
Trustee has its duties to manage the REIT with integrity, professional caution and expertise. Treat trust unitholders equitably to provide the best interest of trust unitholders. Trustee shall performing and monitoring in accordance with the relevant laws, Trust Deed and additional commitment (if any) to the trust unitholders.
In performing its duties, Trustee may require the opinion of professional advisors. Trustee must abstain from conflict of interest with the REITs either for the benefit of trustee itself or for others except for the benefit from performing trustee’s duties or the transaction that have measure or mechanism to check and balance fairness.
