Rights, Duties and Responsibilities of REIT Manager
REIT manager has its duties to manage REIT and invested assets of the REIT in accordance with the Trust Deed and REIT Manager Agreement. The major roles and responsibilities are as follows:
- Determine strategy and operation plan
- Invest and seek benefit from the assets
- Manage REIT in accordance with Trust Deed and relevant laws
- Supervise and monitor the property manager
- Calculate and disclose the assets value of the REIT and trust unit
- Monitor the assets to be in good conditions
- Determine the distribution payment for trust unitholders
- Arrange the trust unitholders meeting
